CCR1984011c (Amended) RESOLUTION {Ill-84 ESTABLISHING SALARIES FOR SEWER UTILITY EMPLOYEES FOR 1984 WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the proposed negotiated settlement with sewer utility employees and has recommended the following: 5 percent salary increase (after a 40 cent per hour increase at the 18 mo. level for the Sewer Utility Maintenance Man) 1984 Salary Schedule: Sewer Treatment Plant Operator Start: 4i4F 6 140s.: $4- 18 Mos.: $W COAA€CTED Sewer Utility Maintenance Man Start: 8.69 6 Mos.: $ 9.06 18 Mos.: $ 9.86 The Employer shall contribute 5.3% of the employee's gross earnings to said retirement program. Present Blue Cross-Blue Shield plan funded by the City up to the amount of Comp Care with the difference to be paid by the employee by payroll deduction.
