AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LABOR AGREEMENT
WITH PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
Public Works be approved, and
settlement of the 1984 labor agreement with the Department of
WHEREAS, the settlement includes the following:
5 percent increase in salary
Three (3) health insurance options:
1. Present Blue Cross-Blue Shield plan funded by
the difference to be paid by the employee
the City up to the amount of Comp Care with
by payroll deduction.
2. Comp Care HMO
3. Alternative HMO (this alternative will only be
offered provided there are ten (10) participants
in the plan by March 1, 1984) to be determined by
the City with monthly costs not to exceed Comp Care
during the term of this agreement.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does
hereby approve of the proposed labor contract with the Department
of Public Works.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said contract shall be in effect
January 1 , 1984.
