RESOLUTION #8-84
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
CITY HALL COPY MACHINE (COS Copiers)
WHEREAS, the maintenance agreement with COS Copiers for the
copy machine in city hall has expired, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the attached
maintenance agreement for 1984 and schedule of estimated annual
maintenance costs, and has recommended approval.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby authorize the Clerk-Comptroller to execute an
agreement between the City and COS Copiers for maintenance of
the copy machine in the Clerk's office for 1984, along with
needed supplies, per the attached agreement and schedule. n

This agreement provides a total maintenance program for the equipment
identified by the serial number(s) listed above for servlce or parts
replacement necessary to obtain normal machine operation. Upon

Unlimited emergency service calls.
COS 6 Supply will provide emergency servicing by a factory-trained
service technician as reasonably requested by the customer at no
additional charge for parts or labor during normal working hours
(8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
Preventive Maintenance.
Preventive maintenance will be performed by COS at intervals of :
Toshiba 3701. 7812, 4511, 3503, 7501, 6 7511 - 40.000 copies
as indicated on the counter dial of the customer's copier. Such
and inntallation of preventive maintenance kit: to be purchased by
preventive maintenance shall include performance specifications,
the customer from COS. General housekeeping of the exterior of the
copier is not included in this agreement.
There will be an additional charge for service if the malfunction
is a result of customer negligence or the use of improper supplies.
Service by COS is to be performed during normal working hours. 8:30 a.m.
all service requested at other times to be billed at normal hourly
through 4:30 p.m.. Monday through Friday. exclusive of legal holidays:

Any loss or dzmage due to abuse (this includes any unauthorized
removal of or tampering with the selenium drum supplied with the
copier), acts of third parties, fires, casualty. or effects Of
natural forces is specifically excluded from this agreement.
6. The customer agrees to pay upon acceptance of the te- of this
agreement:
Minimum charge of $325.00 per year for up to 30,000 copies. After 30,000
copies, there *rill be an additional charge of .01 per copy for the balance
of the Year. Starting with the meter reading of 302,105
