AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS
(Tess Corners Fire Dept. Rescue Vehicle)
WHEREAS, the amended project plan for Tax Incremental Financing
District No. 1 has been approved by the Common Council; and
WHEREAS, the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department has
requested the purchase of a Crash Rescue vehicle; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed this request and
has recommended approval at a cost not to exceed $50,000 from
TID #1.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby authorize the expenditure of TID #1 funds for the
purchase of a crash rescue vehicle in an amount not to exceed
$50,000.
