AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF COUNTER OFFER
Bass Bay Sewer Project (Pellman)
authorized the purchase of a parcel of land from Mr. and Mrs.
Glenn Pellmann for the purchase price of $2,350, in connection
with the Bass Bay Sewer Project; and
WHEREAS, on November 22, ,1983, the Common Council
WHEREAS, the Pellmann's have submitted a Counter Offer,
copy attached hereto, accepting the Offer to Purchase with
certain provisions; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the Counter
Offer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby accept the Counter Offer with
its provisions and authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the
remaining at $2,350 from TID H4.

is hereby accepted, provided that at or prior to closing
adequate evidence is submitted to satisfy buyers that:

Muskego, WI 53150, or by personal delivery thereof.
