AUTHORIZING A SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR POSTAGE
METER MACHINE BETWEEN CITY OF MUSKEG0 AND
PITNEY BOWES, INC.
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a
machine in City Hall with Pitney Bowes, Inc. be accepted. proposed one-year Maintenance Agreement for a postage meter
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
Committee, does hereby approve the agreement between the City
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Agreement at a cost not to exceed $186.00 for a postage meter
of Muskego and Pitney Bowes, Inc. for a one-year Maintenance
machine. e BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized
to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
