WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the expenditure of TIF funds
for the capital items listed herein.
