RESOLUTION #309-83 (As Amended)
'ABLISHING NEW FEES FOR REAL ESTATE INQUIRIES
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received numerous requests for
copies of duplicate tax bills or information concerning real
estate taxes, assessments, status of outstanding or deferred
assessments, contemplated public improvements, sewer or water
charges, floodplain information and other inquiries of like
nature, concerning particular parcels of real estate in the city,
and
WHEREAS, such inquiries have proved to be time consuming to
various city departments replying to such requests, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council, in Resolution #133-79, approved a
$5.00 fee for such services, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended establishing a new
fee of $15.00, effective immediately.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does
hereby establish the new fee of $15.00 effective immediately.
