APPROVAL OF HOLDING TANK AGREEMENT
(Gerlach)
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego has received a request from Lester
Gerlach to install a holding tank to serve his residence at S82
W12944 Acker Drive in the City of Muskego; and
WHEREAS, the Public Welfare Committee has reviewed this request
and has recommended approval.
WHEREAS, the Waukesha County Board of Health has approved
installation of said holding tank; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego upon the recommendation of the Public Welfare Committee
does hereby approve the installation of a holding tank to serve
the residence at S82 W12944 Acker Drive in the City of Muskego;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are 0 authorized to execute the holding tank agreement in connection
herewith.
