RESOLUTION #299-83
ADVERTISING FOR BIDS
(Glenbrook Drainage Project)
WHEREAS, in Resolutions 842-83 and #151-83 the Common Council
authorized the Attorney to obtain the necessary easements for the
Glenbrook Drainage Project; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that since
all easements necessary to proceed with the Glenbrook Drainage
Project have not yet been completed, the project could be com-
pleted in phases.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego. upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee, does hereby authorize the City Engineer to advertise
for bids for the Glenbrook Drainage Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council hereby authorizes
the expenditure of TID #2 funds in an amount not to exceed
Project.
0 $172,500 for the total project cost of the Glenbrook Drainage
