GRANTING PERMISSION FOR DRIVING SKILL CONTEST
ON BIG MUSKEG0 LAKE
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request from the
Badgerland TNT 4 x 4 Club for permission to hold a driving
skill contest on Big Muskego Lake on 1/30/84 and 2/13/84; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of a
permit subject to the submittal of the proper application and
$200.00 bond be posted to guarantee cleanup.
further recommends that the $200.00 fee be waived, and a
e NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby grant a permit to hold a driving skill
on 1/29/84 and 2/11/84.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the license fee of $200.00 is
hereby waived and a $200.00 bond shall be posted to guarantee
cleanup.
