CCR1983288RESOLUTION #288-83 (As Amended) DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEERS TO PREPARE THE WOODS ROAD SEWER PROJECT ASSESSMENT ROLL WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has reviewed the suggested alternatives for the assessment of Woods Road; and J "A" submitted by Ruekert & Mielke; and WHEREAS, poor soil conditions are reflected in Alternative WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that front foot assessment shall be comparable to rates in other areas of the City; and WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee has recommended that the cost of the poor soil conditions shall become the responsibility of TID H4 for the Woods Road, Bass Bay and Kurtze Lane sewer projects. 0 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer Committee, does hereby direct the City Engineers to prepare the assessment roll for the Woods Road Sewer Project using Alternate "B" referred to in Ruekert & Mielke's report dated October 4, 1983, with a front foot assessment of $24.19 and lateral fee set at $990.28.
