REMOVING RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED BY
RESOLUTION #157-83 (As Amended)

WHEREAS, in order to settle the matter of McAdams of
Muskego, Inc., d/b/a Pick 'n Save vs. the City of Muskego,
the Finance Committee has recommended that restrictions
imposed on the Class A Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxi-
cating Liquor License issued to McAdams of Muskego, Inc.
d/b/a Pick 'n Save in Resolution #157-83 (As Amended) on
June 14, 1983, be removed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council
of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby remove the restrictions imposed by
Resolution #157-83 (As Amended), with the license of Pick 'n
Save to operate under the same rules and regulations as all
other licenses approved by Resolution #157-83 (As Amended). 1 0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City is hereby expressly
removing any requirement that the sale of liquor products
be restricted to a cash register in the liquor department,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Pick 'n Save liquor
department shall continue to be operated as a department
separate from the rest of the store.
