APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
ALAN & KAREN - RAGI0 (Town of Piorway)
WHLREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to
the Common Council for a two parcel division of the
Alan & Karen Ragio property, in the NW 1/4 of Section
3, Town of Norway, and I WHEREAS, this property is within the extra-territorial 'e jurisdiction of the City of Nuskego, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended
approval of the proposed division.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Conmon Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the Certified
Alan & Karen Ragio property in the hW 1/4 of Section
Survey Map submitted for a two parcel division of the
3, Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject
to a $25.00 submittal fee.
