AUTHORIZING THE HIRING OF SPECIAL COUNSEL
(Re: Pick 'n Save Litigation)
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego
does hereby authorize the hiring of Special Counsel in connec-
tion with the McAdams of Muskego, Inc. d/b/a Pick 'n Save vs.
the City of Muskego litigation regarding their liquor license.
