APPROVAL OF HOLDING TANK AGREEMENT
(BEHRS)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request
from Mrs. Behrs to install a holding tank to serve
the residence at W165 S8260 Kurtze Lane in the City
of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Waukesha County Board of Health has
approved installation of said holding tank.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the instal-
lation of a holding tank to serve the residence at
W165 S8260 Kurtze Lane in the City of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute the holding tank agreement
in connection herewith.
