DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND
CHAPTER 17 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE TO CREATE AN EA DISTRICT
(EXCLUSIVE AGRICULTURE)
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Plan Commission
that Chapter 17 of the Municipal Code be amended to add
the Zoning District of EA (Exclusive Agriculture).
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, direct the City Attorney to draft the necessary
ordinance to amend Chapter 17 of the Municipal Code to create
Chapter 17:8.20 as shown in the attached Exhibit A.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Ordinance shall include
a provision that it be effective upon passage, publication
and certification by the State of Wisconsin.
