AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE TO
(A TO EA)
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Plan Commission
of the City of Muskego that certain parcels in the following
Sections be Rezoned from A to EA (Exclusive Agriculture):
Sections 27, 29, 30, 32 and 33
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney
map of the City of Muskego by rezoning from A to EA as
to draft the necessary ordinance to amend the Zoning District
shown on the attached Exhibit A.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Ordinance shall include
a provision that it be effective upon passage, publication
and certification by the State of Wisconsin.
