DENIAL OF CLAIM
(D. LUDWIG)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a claim
from David Ludwig in the amount of $4,297.00 for
landscape and soil erosion, and
WHEREAS, this claim was disallowed by the insurance
company, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that
the claim be denied,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council
of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of
David Ludwig in the amount of $4,297.00.
