RELEASE OF BOND BETWEEN THE CITY AND RVS
WIIEItEAS, tho City of Mu~kego wishes to execute the attached
Mutual General Release, and
WHEREAS, RVS Cablevision Corporation has executed said release,
releasing the City, and
WHEREAS, the City also wishes to release the bond required in
Ord. #38a.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does'hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk to take
whatever steps are necessary to execute the attached Mutual
General Release and to release and return the bond referred to
in Ord. #388 to RVS Cablevision Corporation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall not be
effective and the release shall not be executed or the bond
returned until such time as Ordinance #465 (As Amended) is
formally accepted by Ingersoll Cable Corporation.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that in consideration
of the mutual releases contained herein, RVS Cablevision
Corporation, a corporation whose address is 2161 North Mayfair
Road, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53222, and the City of Muskego,
a municipal corporation whose address is City Hall, W182 S8200
Racine Avenue, Muskego, Wisconsin 53150, have remised, released
and forever discharged, and by these presents do for their heirs,
executors, personal representatives, administrators, successors
and assigns, remise, release and forever discharge each other
and each other's directors, officers, principals, agents, employees
representatives, attorneys, subsidiar~ies,affiliated and parent a corporations, successors, heirs, executors, personal representa-
tives, administrators, and assigns, and each of them, of and
from any and all action and actions, cause and causes of action,
claims, suits, liabilities, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts,
controversies, agreements, promises, damages, judgments, and
demands whatsoever, in law or equity, whether known or unknown,
joint or several, which either party ever had, now has or which his
or its heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives,
successors or assigns hereafter can, shall or may have against the
other or against the other's directors, officers, principals,
agents, employees, representatives, attorneys, subsidiaries,
affiliated and parent corporations, successors, heirs, executors,
personal representatives, administrators and assigns, or any of
them, for, upon or by reason of any matter, cause or thing what-
soever from the beginning of the world to the day of the date of
these presents; provided, however, that these presents shall
not be binding until signed by both parties.

This Mutual General Release shall be governed by
Wisconsin law and may be executed in more than one counter-
purt and each such counterpart shall constitute an original
hereof.
