RECOMMENDATION TO GRANT SECOND NON-EXCLUSIVE FRANCHISE
TO INGERSOLL CABLE CORPORATION
WHEREAS, Ingersoll Cable Corporation, a wholly owned
subsidiary of Ingersoll Industries, Inc., has requested
that a second non-exclusive franchise be awarded to them,
and
WHEREAS, the Public Welfare Committee has reviewed this
request and has recommended approval.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
Welfare Committee, does hereby recommend that an ordinance
be adopted to grant a second non-exclusive franchise to
Ingersoll Cable Corporation (I.C.C.), a wholly owned
maintain and operate a Cable TV system in the City of
subsidiary of Ingersoll Industries, Inc., to construct,
Muskego.
