APPROVAL OF CONCEPT FOR WISCONSIN
CORPORATE CENTRAL CREDIT UNION TO
CONNECT TO MUNICIPAL SEWERS WHEN
CONNECTION MADE TO MMSD
WHEREAS, a request has been submitted by Wisconsin Corporate
Central Credit Union for permission to connect to Municipal
Sewers when connection is made to MMSD, and
WHEREAS, this property is located at 12585 West Janesville
Road in the City of New Berlin, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended approval
of this request with a $25,000 fee to be paid to the City,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer
Committee, does hereby approve of the concept to permit the
Wisconsin Corporate Central Credit Union property at
12585 West Janesville Road in the City of New Berlin to connect
to Municipal Sewers upon connection with MMSD.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the approval of this concept is
District and the City Attorney, and execution of an agreement
subject to approval of the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage
between the City and the Credit Union.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a connection fee of $25,000 shall
be paid to the City of Muskego.
