AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR
THE SWITALA DRAINAGE PROJECTS
(TID #4)
WHEREAS, the amended project plan for Tax Incremental Financing
District #4 has been approved by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, that project plan includes storm drainage work, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended improve-
ments be made to the Switala Drainage Channel, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of
' the use of TIF funds for the Switala Drainage projects.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
Committee and the Finance Committee, does hereby approve the
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
for the Switala Drainage Channel Cleanout, Ditch Relocating
expenditure of TID #4 funds in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00
and Rough Grading Project, and expenditure of TID #4 funds in
an amount not to exceed $5,000.00 for the Switala Drainage
Channel Find1 Grading Project.
