AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR CROP DAMAGE DUE
TO SEWER CONSTRUCTION

portion of the sewer interceptor project has begun, and WHEREAS, construction of the Woods Road Sewage Pumping Station
WHEREAS, a claim for crop damage has been submitted by Alvin
Basse for damage caused by the sewer construction to .65 acres
of his soybean crop for a total loss of $200.00, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee and Finance Committee have
reviewed this request and have recommended approval.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
Committee and Finance Committee, do hereby authorize the pay-
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer
ment of the $200.00 claim of Alvin Basse.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that payment shall be made from the
Borrowed Money Account funding the sewer interceptor project.
