THE LAKE MEADOWS AREA PARK
would be in the best interest of the City to hire a Planner/
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Board has determined that it
Consultant for the design and construction of the Lake Meadows
Area Park, and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Board has interviewed
potential firms for this position, and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Board and the Finance Committee
have recommended the firm of Howard Needles Tammen and Bergendoff
(HNTB) be hired at a total cost not to exceed $14,700 for the
planning, consulting and monitoring of the Lake Meadows area
park project with funds from TID #1.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Parks and Recreation
Board and the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize the City
Howard Needles Tammen and Bergendoff (HNTB) for the hiring of said
Attorney to draft an agreement between the City of Muskego and
and monitoring of the Lake Meadows area park project with funds
firm at a total cost not to exceed $14,700 for the planning, consulting
from TID #1, for execution by the Mayor and Clerk and for further
review by the Finance Committee and the Parks and Recreation
Board.
