AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTING OF LEMBEZEDERIGOLD
DRAINAGE PROJECT CONTRACT
WHEREAS, Resolution #217-83 accepted the low bid of Reesman's
Excavating for the LembezederIGold Storm Drainage Project and
authorized the Mayor and Clerk to execute the necessary documents
after all easements are received, and
WHEREAS, the lending institute for the Froelich property has
not yet signed the easement documents, and
WHEREAS, the contract can be amended in the event the Froelich
easement is not secured, and
WHEREAS, the contract provides for a change order in that event.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute
the necessarv documents to award the Lembezeder/Gold Storm
Drainage Project to Reesman's Excavating immediately
