APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS

WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Muskego
has been petitioned for legal status for Lot 3, in
the Southwest 114 of Section 32, Point Denoon Sub-
division, and
WHEREAS it was found to be approximately fifty-five
percent of the area required in the RS-2 OLS district,
and
WHEREAS there has been no objection from the abutting
property owners, and
WHEREAS the lot does have municipal sewer, and
WHEREAS the lot is compatible to other lots in the area,
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission in Resolution #P. C. 105-83
has recommended approval of this request.
THEREFORE, BE IT~RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the request of Rex Milam for legal
Denoon Subdivision.
