RESOLUTION #235-83
SETTING A POLICY FOR THE ROAD UPGRADING
(Bay Lane Place and Kurtze Lane)
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that
Bay Lane Place shall be hard surfaced and Kurtze Lane shall
be upgraded in order to meet city specifications for a public
street at the time the sewers are installed, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has de,termined that all costs
applicable to this surfacing and upgrading will be assessed
to the property owners, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has been receptive to a ten
year payment plan for special assessments in the past.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, does hereby determine that all road costs
that are applicable to the upgrading of Kurtze Lane and Bay
Lane Place shall be assessed to the property owners.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Conmon Council will be
receptive to a ten year payment plan for these special
assessments.
