APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS
(LESTER FOHR)
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Muskego has
been petitioned for legal status for Lot 3, Block 2, in
the NW 114 of Section 10, Meadow Dale Subdivision, by Lester
Fohr, and
WHEREAS, this is one of the last 78 ft. lots in the Subdivision
which has not been built on, and
WHEREAS, other lots abutting Lannon Drive in this Subdivision
are identical in size, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission in Resolution #P. C. 101-83
has recommended approval of this request.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the request of Lester Fohr for legal
status for Lot 3, Block 2, in the NW 114 of Section 10, Meadow
Dale Subdivision.
