RESOLUTION $1232-83
SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE REGARDING CABLE TV FRANCHISE
WHEREAS, RVS Cablevision Corporation has requested the
transfer of the Cable Television Franchise for the City
of Muskego from RVS to Ingersoll Cable Corporation, a wholly
owned subsidiary of Ingersoll Industries, Inc., and
WHEREAS, the Public Welfare Committee has recommended, in
accordance with Ordinance 8388, that the Common Council hold
a public hearing.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
Welfare Committee, does hereby set a public hearing at a
Special Meeting of the Common Council on Monday, September
12. 1983. at 7:OO P.M.
