AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL
WORD PROCESSING EQUIPMENT - TID n7

WHEREAS, the Common Council authorized the implementation of
equipment in Resolution 1169-83 (As Amended), and
the equipment solicitation and selection of Word Processing
WHEREAS, Virchow Krause k Co. has recommended the purchase
of NBI Word Processing Equipment at a cost of $75,194.00, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee hae reviewed this proposal and
has recornended approval.
THEREMRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Yuskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby authorize the purchase of NBI word processing
eqiiipment from the Gordon Flesch Companv.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the expenditure of $75,194.00 shall be paid with funds from TID 17.
BE IT WRTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute the necessary documents.
