CCR1983222RESOLUTION #222-83 AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF AMENDED CDiekfuss/Glenbrook Drainage) OFFER TO PURCHASE WHEREAS Common Council previously approved an Offer to Purchase in Resolution #203-83 dated July 26, 1983, and WHEREAS, the Offer was not signed by the sellers, and WHEREAS, the sellers, Mr. and Mrs. Diekfuss, have now signed an Amended Offer to Purchase, and WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the amended offer and has recommended approval. a THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee does hereby approve the amended Offer to Purchase with the amount of purchase to remain at $3,600, and that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the legal documents in the name of the City. EE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney is hereby directed to submit a Counter Offer to extend the acceptance date to August 30, 1983 and the closing date to September 15, 1983.
