AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITLIE OF TIF FUNDS
FOR PURCHASE OF CONCRETE FOI??S

WHEREAS, the Amended Project Plans for Tax Incremental
Council, and District Nos. 1 through 6 were approved by the Comron
WHEREAS, these plans included public works projects, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has requested concrete
forms for forming of ditches, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Comittee has reviewed this request and
has recommended approval of the expenditure not to exceed
Nos. 1 through 6
$1,200.00 for 400 ft. to be paid with funds from TIF Districts
THEREFORE, BE IT PZSOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee and the Finance Comittee, does hereby authorize
etc. not to exceed $1,200.00 for 400 ft. to be paid with the expenditure for concrete forms for forming of ditches,
funds from TIF Districts Nos. 1 through 6.

WHEREAS, the Amended Project Plans for Tax Incremental District
Nos. 1 through 6 were approved by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, these plans included public works projects, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has requested concrete
forms for forming of ditches, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed this request and

$10,000 for 400 ft. to be paid with funds from TIF Districts
Nos. 1 through 6.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee and the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize
the expenditure for concrete forms for forming of ditches, etc.
