AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS FOR
REPAIR OF TESS CORNERS RETENTION POND
(TID #2)
WHEREAS, the Amended Project Plan for Tax Incremental District
No. 2 was approved by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, the storm water drainage project for Tess Corners is
included in this project plan, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has determined that certain
repairs are required to the Tess Corners Retention Pond, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed this matter and
exceed $4,858.00 from TID #2.
has recommended that the repairs be made at a cost not to
e THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee and the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize
Supt. Bertram to have the Tess Corners Retention Pond repaired
at a cost not to exceed $4,858.00 from TID #2.
