CCR1983219r RES OLUT CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN AMENDED RELOCATION ORDER OF THE NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its eity Council and for its Amended Relocation Order hereby resolves as I) fOllOWE I 1. That this Resolution Mhich is Resolution 160-83 whi 19831 2. That thie Resolution accordance with Section 32.05( is an amendment to a Relocation Order ch was passed and approved on June 14, is an Amended Relocation Order in l), Wisconsin Statutes, for the purposes of the within described public improvements project and it is also a determination of necessity for that project in accordance with Section 32.07(2), Wisconsin Statutes. 3. That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is P ~ecessary and a public purpose to construct a sanitary sewer including a sewage pumping station and sewage forced main and street improvement ." s was shown on the attachments to the Relocation Order known as Resolution 160-83 except as amended on the map attached hereto, made a put hereof and marked Exhibit "X*J ('F,L,c~ IU BAS, adY ~E~Y;EQ ficd 4. That said sanittlry sewer including sewage purllping station and sewage forced main and street improvement will be built as set forth on the map attached to this Relocation Order marked Exhibit "X.; 5. That the mites of said sanitary sewer including sewage pumping station and sewage forced main and street improvements are contained in the documents attached to Relocation Order known as Resolution 160-83 except as amended by Exhibit "X" which is incorporated herein; that legal descriptions to said site are attached rto Relocation Order known as Resolution 160-83 and attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibits "B-1" through "B-lQ".; 6. That the City of Muskego will acquire a permanent easement ofor sanitary sewer purposes and any other municipal purpose and for any public utility purpose and a temporary construction easement as indicated on Exhibit "X" and Exhibits "8-1" through "B-14" and fee simple title of the lands for the sewage pumping station and street improvement as shown on Exhibit "X" and described in Exhibits "B-12" and 'B-13..
