RESOLUTION #215-83
DIRECTING THE CITY ATTY. AND CITY ENGINEER TO PREPARE
THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO ACQUIRE EASEMENTS FOR
KURTZE LANE"SEWER AND ROAD PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the Amended Project Plan for Tax Incremental
District No. 4 was approved by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, plans to sewer the Bass Bay area including Kurtze
Lane and road improvements to Kurtze Lane were included
in that project plan, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that
the Kurtze Lane Sewer and Road Reconstruction project
be constructed in conjunction with the Bass Bay Sewer Project.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer
Committee, does hereby direct the City Attorney and City
ments for Kurtze Lane Sewer and Road Projects.
