AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATIONS OF
OF INTERESTS IN PROPERTY TO THE CITY
(Bass Bay Sewer Project)
WHEREAS, certain citizens of the City of Muskego wish to
dedicate easements and other property to facilitate the
Bass Bay Sewer Project.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Clerk and the
Mayor to accept these interests at no cost to the City.
