AUTHORIZING REFUND FOR SEWER USAGE CHARGES
(Couillard Property)
WHEREAS, the Finance Conunittee has been advised by the
Sewer Utility Clerk that the Howard & C. Couillard dwelling
located at S70 W17702 Muskego Drive has been charged
double ($288.00) for Sewer Usage in the year 1983 because
removed prior to the construction of a new single family
it was unknown that a cottage on the property had been
dwelling, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
sewer usage charge for 12 months of 1983 in the amount of
$144.00 be refunded to Mr. Howard Couillard,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the City Clerk-Cornptro1,ler
to refund to Mr. Howard Couillard, S70 W17702 Muskego Drive,
the amount of $144.00 which was an overpayment of his 1983
sewer usage charge.
