APPROVAL OF INCREASE IN PICK-UP FEES
FOR HUMANE OFFICER
WHEREAS, the Common Council authorized the hiring of
a. Humane Officer on May 10, 1983, and
WHEREAS, the fee established for the services of the-.Humane OEficer was
expenses, subject to further review by the Public Safety Committee
$6.00 per pick-up with 20~ per mile reimbursement for traveling
and Finance Committee, and
WHEREAS, the Public Safety Committee and Finance Committee have
paid $11.00 per pick-up with 20~ per mile reimbursement for
reviewed the pick up fee and have recommended that the^ Humane 'Officer be
traveling expenses.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council, upon the
recommendation of the Public Safety Committee and Finance Cormnittee,
per pick-up with 20~ per mile reimbursement for traveling expenses,
do hereby approve a pick-up fee for the Humane Officer of $11.00
effective immediately.

as Humane Officer on May 10,
WHEREAS, the fee established for Nr. Shane was
$6.00 per pick-up with 20~ per for traveling
expenses, subject to further Safety Comittee
WHEREAS, the Public Committee have
reviewed the pick up fee Nr. Shane be
paid $11.00 per pick-up
