AUTHORIZING THE RE-PURCHASE OF LOT 3
BLOCK 1 IN THE CITY'S INDUSTRIAL
PARK (Jacobsen)
WHEREAS, the City has received notification from Mr. Roy Jacobsen
that, in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the City's
Industrial Park, he is exercising the requirement that he sell
and
WHEREAS, the purchase price of the lot was $10,000.00 and
has the right to re-purchase the lot for the same amount plus
according to the Rules and Regulations of the park, the City
interest, and
WHEREAS, the Rules and Regulations also state that in the event
of re-purchase of a lot, the City is required to pay for any
improvements on the lot, and
WHEREAS, a gas main in the amount of $255.00 was installed in
frmtof the lot and the City would also be required to pay
interest on that amount, and
a Lot 3, Block 1 (1 acre) owned by him back to the City of hluskego,
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended the re-purchase
of said lot,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
of the Muskego Business/Industrial Park from Roy Jacobsen in
does hereby agree, in principal, to re-purchase lot 3, Block 1
day of March, 1978.
the amount of $10,000.00 plus 6 percent interest from the 24th
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mr. Jacobson be reimbursed the
cost of installation of a gas main in the amount of $255.00
plus interest charges in the amount of 6 percent from
October 26, 1978,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney is authorized to
prepare the necessary documents or request them from Mr. Jacobsen
and that the Clerk and Mayor are authorized to execute same in
the name of the City if satisfactory to the City Attorney,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that monies to purchase this property
upon the sale of this proper
