APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
MR. & MRS. THOMAS LINGEN
(Town of Norway)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to
the Common Council for a one parcel division of the
Thomas Lingen property, in the southwest quarter of
Section 10, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, this property is within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended
approval of the proposed division.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
Survey Map submitted for a one parcel division of the
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the Certified
Thomas Lingen property in the southwest quarter of
Section 10, Town of Norway.
