DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
(Former Haut Property)
(From RS-2 to RS-2 OIP)

* WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego that approximately 20 acres of land in
the Northwest Quarter of Section 31 be zoned from RS-2
to RS-2 OIP (Institutional and Public Service) overlay, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to
map of the city by rezoning the following described property
draft the necessary ordinance to amend the zoning district
from RS-2 to RS-2 OIP.
The South 112 of the Southeast 114 of
the Northwest 1/4 of Section 31, Town
5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego,
County of Waukesha, State of Wisconsin
