WHEREAS, the Little Muskego Lake Protection and Rehabili
District has requested the possible purchase or continue

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed this matter and
has recornended a cost of $32,500 for the weed harvestors and
conveyor with $12,500 down and two payments of $10,000 each
over a two year period, pursuant to an agreement executed by
the Little Muskego Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District
and City, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee further recommended that if
Little Muskego Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District,
the weed harvestors and conveyor are not purchased by the
the $5,000.00 lease fee would be continued with maintenance

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Cormnittee,
does hereby authorize the sale of the weed harvestors and
conveyor to the Little Muskego Lake Protection and Rehabilitation
District for $32,500 with a down payment of $12,500 and two
payments of $10,000 each over a two year period.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if the weed harvestors and conveyor
are not puchased by the Lake District, the $5,000.00 lease
fee for the year 1984 shall be continued with maintenance the
responsibility of the Lake District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this is not: a formal agreement
rather an intent of the Finance Conunittee to let the views
Little Muskego Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District.
