ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE
CITY OWNED LOT (Parcel #1 - Fairfield Dr.)

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received an offer to purchase
Parcel No. 1, Fairfield Drive, from Mark A. MacDonald and
Diane L. MacDonald in the amount of $20,000.00, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended acceptance of
this offer.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the Offer to Purchase Parcel
No. 1, Fairfield Drive, in the amount of $20,000.00 from
Mark A. MacDonald and Diane L. MacDonald.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mavor and Clerk are authorized

to execute the necessary legal docGments in the name of the
City.
