MacDonald and Diane L. MacDonald in the amount of $20,000.00, and WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended acceptance of this offer. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby accept the Offer to Purchase Parcel No. 1, Fairfield Drive, in the amount of $20,000.00 from Mark A.
