CCR1983191RESOLUTION #191-83 AUTHORIZING THE MAKING OF THE ATTACHED JURISDICTIONAL OFFER (Gladys Mike) presented by the City as to the lands described in the WHEREAS, Gladys Mike has not accepted an Offer to Purchase attached Jurisdictional Offer, and WHEREAS, the City has attempted to negotiate the purchase of same and has been unable to do so, NOW, THEREFORE, the City shall make the attached Jurisdictional Offer as to the purchase of said property and the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute any documents necessary for the acquisition of said property. That on December 14, 1982, the City Council of the City of Muskego adopted a Relocation Order thereby approving construction of a certain sanitary sewer in the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, and the City of Muskego in good faith intends to use the property sought to be condemned, as described in paragraph 2 below, for such public purpose; 2. That the City of Muskego intends to acquire permanent sanitary sewer easement and temporary construction easement in the following described real estate: e See Attached Exhibit "A" 3.
