CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
AMENDED RELOCATION ORDER OF THE
NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by
its City Council and for its Amended Relocation Order hereby
i resolves as follows:
1. That this Resolution is an amendment to a Relocation Order
which is Resolution 165-83 which was passed and approved on June e 14, 1983;
2. That this Resolution is an Amended Relocation Order in
accordance with Section 32.05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, for the
purposes of the within described public improvements project and it
is also a determination of necessity for that project in accordance
with Section 32.07(2), Wisconsin Statutes;
3. That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is
necessary and a public purpose to construct a permanent storm
drainage easement for water course improvements as was shown on the
attachments to the Relocation Order known as Resolution 165-83
except as amended on the map attached hereto, made a part hereof 0 and marked Exhibit "G";
4. That said permanent storm drainage easement will be built
as set forth on the map attached to this Relocation Order marked
Exhibit "G" and is incorporated herein;
5. That the sites of said permanent storm drainage easement
are contained in the documents attached to Relocation Order known
as Resolution 165-83 except as amended by Exhibit "G" which is
incorporated herein; that legal descriptions to said site are
attached to Relocation Order known as Resolution 165-83 and
attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked as Exhibits "B-1"
through "B-7";
6. That the City of Muskego will acquire a permanent storm
drainage easement for storm drainage water course improvements as
indicated on Exhibits attached to Relocation Order known as
Resolution 165-83 marked Exhibits "B-1" through "B-7" except as
amended by Exhibit "G".
