DENIAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS
(ARLEIGH KUSCHWESKI)
WHEREAS, the Cormon Council of the City of Muskego has been
petitioned for Legal Lot Status for a previously divided
lot located on the southwest corner of Janesville Road and
Valley Drive, in the Southwest Quarter of Section 9, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial of same
for the following reasons:
1. This lot would have only 10,840 sq. ft. in
area.
2. The zoning requirement is 20,000 sq. ft.
3. The lots have been joined by construction; i.e.,
detached garage exists on this property.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby deny, upon the recomendation of the
City Plan Commission, the request for legal lot status for
a previously divided lot located on the southwest corner of
Janesville Road and Valley Drive, in the Southwest Quarter of
Section 9 for the above stated reasons.
