DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
(From R-2 TO RS-1)

WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego that approximately 43 acres of land in
the Southwest Quarter of Section 5 be rezoned from R-2 to
RS-1, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft
the necessary ordinance to amend the zoning district map of
the city by rezoning the following described property from e
R-2 to RS-1.

All that part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 5. Town 5 North. Range
20 East, City of Muskego. Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as
thence westerly along the south line of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/41 260 feet
follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/41;
more or less to the reference line of C.T.H. "Y", Racine Avenue, the place of
center line 1710 feet mre or less to the south line of the existing R-1 zoning;
beginning of the land hereinafter described: thence northeasterly along said
thence westet:y h:"i-og ssid scjuth :i,ie of the R-l zoning 1260 feet mre or less to
the east line of the R-1 zoning; thence southerly along the east line of the R-1
zoning 1700 feet more or less to the south line of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/41;
thence easterly along said south line 1094 feet more or less to the place of
beginning. EXCEPTING those lands presently zoned WF Wetland-Floodplain District.
