AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS
SEWER INTERCEPTOR PROJECTS
County, Wisconsin, advertised and received bids for the proposed
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Waukesha
Main, Woods Road Sewage Pumping Station and the Woods Road 36"
Northeast Sewage Pumping Station, Northeast 24" Sewage Force
Interceptor and 20" Sewage Force Main, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineors huve recoarmonded acceptunce of the low bidderu lor the conutruction or mid rucilitieu,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Muskego Common
Council, contingent on the City obtaining a grunt from the United
Stutes Environmental Protection Agency, hereby authorizes the
Mayor to accept and sign the contracts with the following companies
in the amounts shown:
