AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO PROCEED WITH
FORMAL OFFER TOPYRCHASE CITY-OWNED PROPERTY
(IRVING FISCHER/GUERNSEY MEADOWS OUTLOT #3)
WHEREAS, Mr. Irving Fischer, W161 S7484 Erin Ct., has
requested that the City sell to him an approximately
.15 acre parcel of land being a portion of Outlot 3 of
Guernsey Meadows subdivision, dedicated to the City
for park purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended the sale
of the parcel for $800.00 plus expenses, subject to
with proceeds of the sale to be deposited in the Parks
Plan Commission and Parks and Recreation Board approval,
Dedication account, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission and Parks and Recreation
Board have recommended approval,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
Finance Committee, does hereby authorize the sale of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the
an approximately .15 acre parcel of land being a portion
of Outlot 3 of Guernsey Meadows Subdivision to Mr.
Irving Fischer, with proceeds of the sale to be deposited
in the&rks Dedication account.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney is
hereby authorized to contact Mr. Irving Fischer to prepare the necessary formal offer to purchase this
parcel, per attached map, in the amount of $800.00
plus expenses.
